Notes:

**Small leak observed at the corroded cast iron assembly running to the main — see optional plumbing; repair is recommended before the encapsulation is scheduled.
**On-site pricing on the optional plumbing — crews already at the property for the encapsulation work.
**Only 10 percent lift will be attempted when lifting and securing beams (optional structural).
**Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing the foundation.
